RAAHEIN

DIRECTION & CINEMATOGRAPHY

ABOUT THE FILM

"Raahein” is a poetic, non-commercial cinematic short film that explores the silent, unspoken bond between two individuals, Veer, a withdrawn musician burdened by his fear of applause, and Meera, a quiet observer who sees beyond his silence. Set against a nostalgic college backdrop, the film captures their delicate connection through music, sketchbooks, and shared solitude under an old tree. Without loud confessions or dramatic turns, Raahein unfolds like a journey, a path where silence speaks louder than words.

Synopsis: Veer avoids the stage, not out of fear of performing, but of being forgotten after the applause. Meera notices him from afar and, over time, their paths begin to silently overlap. Through moments of shared stillness, the two souls begin to heal, not through love, but through deep understanding.

A student film made with passion for storytelling and emotional truth.
